When the product expanded to professional users, we realized that even a simple website editor wasn't sufficiently straightforward to meet the needs of small business owners. I was tasked with envisioning a service to address this issue. I established a seamless service workflow to efficiently handle the high demand for website creation and developed a dedicated training program for our salesforce, equipping them with the fundamental web design principles needed to successfully execute the project.
