Mission

Create the one and only entry point in the main Hubside product the website editor. Design a large catalog of website templates. With it contribute to the promise of the product : creating a pro website in only two minutes. Improve the quality of the websites.

Problem

The complexity of creating personalized, professional websites with adaptable and reusable content poses a significant barrier for users, hindering their online presence. This challenge leads to frustration, loss of potential customers, wasted time and resources, and difficulty in competing with businesses that have a strong online presence, ultimately impacting growth and success.

Steps

A four-year mission with multiple stages, from the initial launch in the French market to the international scaling of the product in seven countries.

Design a generalist catalog of professional-grade templates for the launch on the french market.
Understand core users and expand the service
Search and accommodate various niches and needs.
Develop and manage a comprehensive catalog showcasing the product's evolution.
Test quantitatively and qualitatively, measure success with data to improve templates adoption.
Gather user feedback with surveys and adapt the product accordingly.
Internationalize the catalog for 7 countries, wich led to managing 1,200 templates.
Re-design back-end tools to ensure efficiency and maintain up-to-date template versions across all countries with a data-driven approach.
Test and iterate ideas with data-driven modifications to continuously improve the templates and user experience.
